About Camp Northern Lights

FindCamps.ca is your source for finding camps for your child.

We provide a wilderness experience for children 9 to 13 in the Peterborough, Victoria, Northumberland and Clarington and surrounding area, who otherwise would not have that opportunity. Swim, canoe, sports, games, crafts and camp fires. Founded with the support of the Knights of Columbus in 1972.

How early should I register?
Popular sessions fill by early spring. Registering by April for summer programs is safest, but late availability is common — check each listing’s Register Now button.
What age range is supported?
Most camps in this directory accept children aged 5 to 17. A handful run programs for older teens and young adults (18–29). Use the age filter on the search bar to narrow down.
Are camp fees covered by any subsidy programs?

What should my child pack?
